We’ve checked and learned that not allowing cookies will affect how you, our customer, navigates our site and uses its features. We thank you for allowing cookies because we want to make your experience with us as pleasurable as possible when using Piece Out Textiles’ services.

Further, we suggest that before proceeding to use any of the third-party links on our service, that you seek out their privacy policy to understand all they do/do not collect.

All Piece Out Textiles collects, as far as personal information, is the information you provide when you request our services or purchase a product or products from us. This will include your name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card information, and possibly your birthday if you choose to provide that to us at some future date. Be assured, we will not sell your information and will keep it safe and secure through Squarespace’s SSL program. If you would like more information, refer to our Terms of Service page.

Nothing, except to invoice you upon completion of your quilt or to place a deposit on using our services or when you order products from our store. That’s when we will use it to create an order/billing form, invoice, statement, etc., so that we may keep track of what you’ve ordered for our financial records and your future purchases. That’s it! We may use your email address to contact you regarding marketing events likes sales or promotions, or at some time in the future if Piece Out Textiles decides to begin a newsletter.

Simply, you will know ahead of time that Piece Out Textiles is going to call you because I, as the owner, said, “I will call you back.” This might be after you have contacted us because you want to use our quilting services ,or are having trouble with an order you’ve placed, or we noticed something with your quilt that we need to discuss with you, or you have left a message saying, “I look forward to hearing from you” or something to that effect. We will never call you to obtain further personal information than you have already provided that has nothing to do with using our services or purchasing our products.
