PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Conveniently create your quilting services order as you navigate through this page. You will be able to choose the quilting service you want, select your thread, batting, digital design, and backing fabric. Lastly, you can schedule the date you need your quilt(s) returned by, all of which can be placed in your cart as you make your selections. You may use the back button on your browser or click on the Quilting Services link in the header to return to this page after making each selection. Upon checkout you will create a Quilting Services form which will provide us with more detailed information regarding your order. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you by email letting you know we have received it. We look forward to receipt of your quilt(s) once shipped to us. You may combine a quilting services order with a fabric/product order; however, the free shipping over $100.00 applies only to the fabric/product order and not the quilting services order portion.
If you are submitting your own batting and or backing fabric with your quilt top, you may skip those selections and simply choose the service you need, your thread, digital design, and schedule your “I need my quilt by” date, even if you are dropping off your order to us. NOTE: The scheduling system below is only for scheduling when you need your quilt completed by, not for scheduling a drop-off time. Thank you!

QS-1 is our digital or free-motion edge to edge, continuous pantographs (not paper) from small, medium, and large designs often considered meanders. Medium to large size is typically bigger than 6” and not complex or dense.

QS-2 is our semi-custom, digital/free-motion edge to edge, continuous pantographs (not paper) with possibly a different border design or motifs placed in blocks. This includes large to medium-sized as well as small meanders and block motifs (digital or free-motion) that are not complex or dense. Can include one thread color change.

QS-3 is our semi-custom, digital/free-motion medium to small block motifs, separate motifs for borders or sashings, and contain many starts and stops, stitching in the ditch, tight and dense designs, and stippling and or crosshatching. Can include more than one thread color change and ruler work.

Heirloom and whole cloth quilts. Detailed, precise, with use of grids, ruler work, or stencils which involves marking the quilt top to stitch out a variety of designs throughout.

Schedule Your…
Scheduling your “I need my quilt by” date is completed simply by clicking on one of the two boxes on the right. When scheduling your date there are a few things to explain and note to be successful in scheduling your date:
Each day there are two available "I need my quilt by…" slots being offered Monday through Friday. It does not matter which one you choose.
The date you ship your quilt or drop your quilt off to us is important when selecting your date because we need to have enough time to put those finishing touches on it. Typically, this would take 30 days from the date we receive it whether it’s shipped to us or dropped off. Be sure you’re choosing a date 30 days from the date you estimate we will receive your quilt.
If a date is grayed out, choose the next available date that is not grayed out. You will receive an error message if you choose a date too soon from the actual date you are using the system. Example: The date I am accessing the system online is June 24th, 2022. I need my quilt back by July 4, 2022, so that's the date I chose and I receive an error message. Be sure you're choosing a date that takes into consideration the shipping time or drop-off time for us to receive your quilt as well as the 30-day turnaround time.
After choosing your date, a small window will open asking you to select a time. The time is not important. It's just the way the system has to be set up so choose whichever one is available. The most important piece of information we need is the date which you have now selected.
Once you click the time, the Your Info tab will open showing you the date and time you've chosen. If it's not the right date, you can change it at this point. If it's correct, fill in your full name, phone number (optional), and your email address. The system needs your email address to send you a confirmation email, and we will receive one as well.
When you click on the Complete Appointment button, the Confirmation tab will open. This shows you your name, “I need my quilt by,” the day, date, and time you scheduled. You will have the option to Cancel, Reschedule, Add to iCal or Outlook, or Google calendars, and be able to schedule another appointment for additional quilts you may be sending us but maybe need a different date. You will also be given a QR code to upload the mobile app offered by our scheduling system for faster scheduling of I need my quilt by dates if you create an account with Acuity Scheduling. Keep your login information safe and in a convenient location as we have no control over this information as this account is not the same as the account you create with Piece Out Textiles, LLC.
If you have more than one quilt needed by the same date, do not schedule two appointments for the same date. Simply email us this information at the email address highlighted below or include it as part of your checkout information.
When you receive your confirmation email, you will see the date and time of your scheduled I need my quilt by date. The date is the most important piece of information, NOT the time. Our calendar service has to be set up using time slots for which we have no control over. When you receive your confirmation, the time means nothing. When we ship your quilt back to you, you will receive it at your normal USPS delivery time which Piece Out Textiles, LLC, also has no control over.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder before emailing us at contactus@pieceouttextiles.com. We will contact you via email if there seems to be a conflict with the date you’ve chosen.
Prepare your quilt to be shipped to us or dropped off. You can use our checkoff list found on our brochure to assist you in preparing your quilt and what should be done before shipping your quilt(s) to us.
